Prerequisite for participation - completion of individual lessons with GMSDT

Jumps: Broad Jump, Rail Jump/Hurdle, Hoop Jump

Tunnels & Tunnel with Chute

Dog Walk

Weaving Poles

 

Each Session includes warm-up and cool-down.  When you've worked on each piece of equipment and developed confidence you can run through the equipment as a complete course.
