Play+Train is designed to offer you flexible, informal group training, diverse activities and instructor-supervised dog-play

Dogs off-lead and on-lead at different times during sessions

Prerequisite for participation - completion of individual lesson/s with GMSDT. A free trial session is available for clients

Details

Each session has a different focus - you might be working on Tracking, Tricks, Agility, Stay, Recall, Rally-O, Games. Options are rotated so there's always something fresh to do.

In 2026, there are no Play+Train sessions on 25 January, 8 March, 5 April, 7 June, 27 September and 1 November.

The last session for 2026 is 6 December

Who

Our one-to-one lessons are a prerequisite for all our group programs, including Play+Train. This requirement enables us to get to know your dog, you and your dog to know us, and to ensure your dog has the skills and temperament needed to get the best out of a group class.

It is ideal for you to join Play+Train within a month of completing your one-to-one lesson/s to maintain training momentum.

So that we can organise activities appropriately, people wanting to participate on a particular Sunday will text 0418 371 060 on Saturday or before to advise attendance.
